FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Pricing is per fiscal cash register connected to ProvectaFisc, billed monthly. Adding or removing registers is reflected on the next invoice.
Every closed fiscal receipt successfully submitted to MEV. Voided operations do not count toward billing.
The first invoice arrives 30 days after registration. The first month is a free trial with no commitment.
New receipt issuance is suspended. All other functions — reports and audit logs for the past period — remain available.
ProvectaFisc is certified in Moldova and compatible with the state MEV system (Modulul de Evidență a Vânzărilor).
